COVID 19 Safety Protocols
This event is limited in capacity to meet state guidelines for outdoor venues - maximum 10,000 persons including participants and volunteers.
This event will be 100% pre-sale ONLY. Tickets will go on sale on/around June 1st via online ticket platform. No sales day-of event. This will greatly reduce interactions at the gate and no cash will need to be exchanged or contact between volunteers and guests to attach wristbands.
Wristband pickup will be available in the weeks leading up to the event. Guests also have the option to have wristbands mailed to them. Secure your wristband before arriving to keep the gate as contactless as possible.
Security bag checks will include plexiglass partitions for the safety of all. As always: no coolers, no alcohol, no firearms allowed.
When purchasing tickets online, you may be asked to select an entrance window of time. A staggered entry for all guests ensures that Security and volunteers can monitor social distancing.
When placing your chairs or blankets on the field or around the band shell, be sure to keep your party at least 6 feet away from other parties around you. Security and volunteers will be present during "Blanket Walk" hours to strictly enforce social distancing on the fireworks field.
Hand sanitizing stations will be present throughout the park, especially around restrooms, food vendors, and entrance gates.
Signage for social distancing will be present throughout the park. Please keep 6 feet of space between your party and others, especially around the band shell and on the fireworks field.
A formal mask policy will be determined closer to the event date based on state recommendations for outdoor gatherings at that time. Please know that you may be required to wear masks at some times during this event, including but not limited to: while entering and exiting at gates, while in line for food vendors or at restrooms, and while moving around the park. Check back before you come for the latest updated mask policy.
Do not attend this event if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 including fever, loss of taste or smell, persistent cough, etc.
Finally, do not attend this event if you are not comfortable in large settings or cannot adhere to the guidelines set forth above. The committee has worked very hard to make this event happen for everyone, but it can only be a safe and successful day if everyone follows common sense guidelines and is willing to follow the rules as stated above.
Lititz Springs Park is private property and retains the right to remove any person they feel is a threat to the health and safety of those around them.
In short, don't take a ticket if you're not willing to play by the rules!
(Thank you in advance!)
